The accommodation service provider is not responsible for damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen luggage or valuables in the accommodation facility. Lost luggage or stolen luggage is reported at the reception and the competent police station.
The accommodation service provider undertakes to protect the privacy of all customers of the services. They will inform customers about how to use the personal information collected, regularly giving them a choice about the use of their data, including the option to use their name for marketing campaign purposes. All available user data is available only to the service provider and its partners, and is used exclusively for the purpose of doing business. We are of the opinion that user privacy and data protection is a human right. We are obliged to take care of the same, collect and process them only when it is extremely necessary, and at the request of the user delete data from business records. We collect data for the needs of the e-Visitor system. This system serves the records of tourists, more precisely accommodation providers use it to register and unregister tourists with the data required by the system and refers to: name and surname, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, date and time of arrival or leaving the facility and gender. When booking, it is necessary to enter the phone number and email address in order to be able to receive a return notification of the reservation as well as any possible changes related to it.
If the user decides to subscribe to our newsletter list, they will receive notifications via their e-mail. The software platform that forwards to the specified e-mail notifications and news related to our Resort, will not use the stored e-mail for any purpose. At any time, the user can cancel the newsletter service using the unsubscribe links. People under the age of 16 must have the consent of a parent or legal representative to receive the newsletter.
Violation of data privacy
Any violation of the privacy of data from our database will result in notifying the competent authorities within 72 hours of the violation, if it is obvious that the data is stored in such a way that the identity of the data owner can be revealed.
These conditions are an integral part of the Agreement that the guest concludes with the Resort. All deviations provided must be indicated next to the text of the offer. The guest undertakes to fully accept these Booking Terms and Conditions which he has previously read carefully.
The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of extraordinary circumstances while ensuring accommodation of the same quality, and in that case it will inform the user via e-mail.
The user has the right to cancel the reservation at least three days before the start accommodation date, by call or e-mail, with a refund of the advance payment. If the user does not cancel at least three days before the start accommodation date, the advance payment is retained by the resort in its entirety.
